009 - Human Anatomy / Ecorche of the Body - Full Figure (Garden Level)

$625 = $560 (tuition) + $65 (materials fee) (4 CEUs - Fifteen 3-hour Sessions)

Through construction of a ecorche' we explore the anatomy and structure of the human body. First, working with human skeleton as a model, we sculpt a scale skeleton on a wire armature. Then layers of muscle are added gradually in order to create a full anatomical sculpture. Bring a notebook.

You should have an anatomy book. Recommended text: Atlas of Human Anatomy, Steven Rogers Peck, Oxford.
