Kitson earned his BFA in Illustration from Pennsylvania College of Art & Design and his MFA in Drawing from the New York Academy of Art. Evan has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Pennsulvania and New York. His work can be found in the recently published book The Nerdrum School: The Master and His Students. Kitson’s work has appeared in Poets Artists Magazine, Manifest Gallery’s International Drawing Annual, The Newer York and The Figurative Artist’s Handbook. Kitson currently teaches at the New York Academy of Art, Harrisburg Area Community College, The Teaching Studios of Art and the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design. He lives and works in Lancaster, PA and New York, NY.
